Ron Darling and Keith Hernandez officially signed a lifetime contract to fulfil the New York Mets.

Francisco Lindor pinch-hit for Joey Wendle a day after being subbed out for Flu-like symptoms and, thanks to a thrilling walk-off double, helped the New York Mets secure a 7-6 victory at Citi Field on Thursday.

After every big Mets moment, the official SNY X (Twitter) account usually waits to post highlights of the broadcast booth cam. Because of this, SNY’s announcers have gone viral numerous times, as the Mets faithful have grown accustomed to watching Gary Cohen flick his pen and jump up from his chair in excitement

last Sunday. And during Thursday’s walk-off, well it was only Cohen who showed enthusiasm. That’s not to say Hernandez and Ron Darling weren’t among the faithful excited by the big moment, but the two baseball lifers were more focused on filling out their scorecards.
