When Callum O’Hare’s contract expires, Coventry City’s player is being watched by Celtic, Rangers, and three Spanish teams.
Given that Coventry City is vying for a play-off position, Tatsuhiro Sakamoto’s news is not what they need.
Coventry City’s chances of making the playoffs have been severely damaged by the confirmation that Tatsuhiro Sakamoto will miss the rest of the season due to injury.
After another sluggish start to the season, the Sky Blues have managed to put together a run of performance that has put them back in the running for a play-off spot.
After moving up to the top six in the last few weeks, Coventry has had a dip in form that has caused them to drop back down the standings. With 12 games left, they are currently four points outside of the top six.

Mark Robins had to replace Gustavo Hamer and Viktor Gyokeres during the summer, so it has taken the new signings a bit to settle in, with Sakamoto being one of them. So, for him now to miss the rest of the campaign is a bitter blow for the club
In addition to the lackluster performance and outcome, Robins also announced that Tatsuhiro Sakamoto would miss the remainder of the season, which dealt a further blow to the Sky Blues.
Although Sakamoto, 27, was transported to the hospital after suffering an awkward fall, the extent of his injuries is still unknown.
Regarding Sakamoto’s injury, Robins stated, via BBC Sport: “The most important thing is that he will get better.”
He is out for the remainder of the season. Since I haven’t been able to talk to Tats in person other than via text, I want to give things some time to calm down before disclosing the details.
